The Maserati Levante (project code M161) is the first luxury SUV produced by the Italian car manufacturer Maserati since 2016, and the first SUV ever built. Based on the Maserati Kubang concept car, which debuted at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show, it is built at the Mirafiori plant in Turin. Presented to the public at the Geneva Motor Show in March 2016, it has been on sale in Europe since May 2016.
